Magaly GIRARDEAU studied in Angers where she trained in industrial techniques for manufacturing materials.

She entered in the IP field in 2000 and spent 16 years in various industrial property consulting firms, where she worked as a Patent Engineer and dealt with patent files in various fields of mechanics, in particular in the field of production lines, & packaging. She also covered the technical areas of molding including silicone and PET, sanitization, street furniture, metal packaging, pumps, mechanical bearings, devices used in casinos, connectors, equipment in airplanes, cars, boats, etc.

She founded cabinet GIRARDEAU in Cergy (northern suburb of Paris) in 2016, in order to propose proximity services for small and medium entities.  She joined business networks (BNI, Réseau Entreprendre, Initiactive 95, Gir VDS, Réso L…) wherein she makes people aware of Industrial Property.

Cabinet GIRARDEAU joined IPAZ on January 2020 and Cabinet GIRARDEAU become a Branch of IPAZ.

Her proficiencies include drafting of patent applications, monitoring of patent procedures in both France and abroad, IP portfolio management, technology watches, competitive intelligence, and patent consultations and litigation.

She is accustomed to representing clients during oral proceedings before the European Patent Office.

She also assists bailiffs during counterfeit seizures.
