As an Industrial Property Attorney, Armelle is involved both in the creation and enhancement of IP rights (filing, portfolio valuation, contracts) and in their defence (formal notice, opposition, confiscation, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, administrative litigation, infringement, nullity and cancellation actions).

Her experience in several Parisian IP law firms has enabled her to deal with all kinds of issues, managing the IP rights of a French multinational in the mass retail sector, as well as for French and international SMEs in a variety of fields (cosmetics, dermatology, medical, agri-food, clothing).

Armelle handles cases involving trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, domain names and the internet. In this context, she manages litigation, whether as plaintiff or defendant, and negotiates and drafts all kinds of contracts relating to the commercial use of trademarks and patents (assignment, license, coexistence agreement) and to research (confidentiality agreement, collaboration, consortium, technology transfer).

In addition to her professional activities, Armelle is a member of the jury for the French Examination of Aptitude for registration on the list of qualified person in Industrial Property, (EQF and VAE) for many years. She is also actively involved in the profession as a member of the APRAM Board of Directors, the APRAM National Trademarks Committee and the Contracts Committee of the CNCPI (French Patent & Trademark Attorneys Institute).
