With over 20 years of experience in private practice, Anne-Karine has addressed a wide range of issues related to industrial property.

She has developed extensive expertise in protection (prior art searches, filings, and the implementation of filing strategies); in managing and defending trademarks, designs, and models (cease-and-desist letters, oppositions, seizures, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, administrative disputes, counterfeiting, actions for invalidity and revocation) as well as domain names (registration, extrajudicial procedures, and monitoring).

Anne-Karine drafts contracts for the assignment and licensing of trademarks and patents, as well as coexistence agreements, collaboration agreements, and co-ownership regulations in both French and English.

She works across various sectors, including retail, publishing, energy, finance, insurance, cosmetics, and fashion. Notably, she has worked for Europe’s leading asset management firm and the global leader in trade credit insurance.

Having managed her own firm for ten years, she has gained a strategic and in-depth understanding of intellectual property rights issues and a keen awareness of client expectations, whether they are individuals, startups, SMEs, or multinational corporations. She offers a pragmatic approach and solutions that reconcile legal security with development needs. She also has significant experience in risk assessment for new projects and in developing filing and clearance strategies for names.

Anne-Karine actively contributes to the profession as a member of INTA (International Trademark Association), the Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM), and the Trademarks and Contracts Commissions of the CNCPI (French National Association of Industrial Property Attorneys).

She also teaches at Paris-Saclay University in the Master’s program “Protection and Management of Innovation in Health.”
