Denis’ work as an intellectual property attorney for the French National Agency for the Valorization of Research, a major research foundation, and two Parisian consulting firms gives him practical and multifaceted experience.

He deals with matters involving trademarks, domain names, patterns, copyrights, designations of origin, geographical names, software, and databases.

He conducts management audits of employee inventions and establishes remuneration policies for these inventions within companies.

He drafts non-disclosure agreements, technology transfer agreements, assignment agreements, joint ownership agreements, patent license and knowledge transfer agreements, technology purchase option agreements, and research, cooperation and consortium agreements.

Denis carries out corporate intellectual property assessments in the context of capital increases.

He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM).

He works with CCI Essonne, participating in seminars and round tables, and gives intellectual property lectures to young entrepreneurs.
